The main directions of the HR Policy
The main tasks of human resource management policy are to create the following effective systems:
- Selection of suitable candidates for vacant positions;
- Support for young employees;
- Formation of a personnel reserve;

Selection of suitable candidates for vacant positions
Candidates for vacant positions are selected through a competitive process. The competition is held to fill existing vacancies in the central office and territorial departments of the State Unitary Enterprise Main Center of informatization of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the MCI) with suitable candidates.
To ensure transparency in organizing the competition, testing will be conducted using modern information technologies.
Principle of transparency:
- Open posting of information about vacant positions on the MCI's website and other social media platforms;
- Implementation of the initial stage of the competition using information technologies to minimize human factors;
- Creation of an expert group to conduct interviews with candidates;
- Informing candidates about the results of the competition.
Support for Young Employees
Significant efforts have been made at MCI to adapt new employees. This process is carried out by qualified specialists and provides young people with opportunities to adapt more quickly to their workplaces and develop teamwork skills. It is worth noting that the implementation of these processes widely utilizes the experience of senior management bodies and the opinions of international experts.
Formation of a Talent Pool
Particular attention is paid to the development of employees who are part of the talent pool, their training at leading foreign universities, and their professional development at international institutions, as well as their participation in major conferences and international meetings.
Training and Development of Employees
MCI has established a continuous system for training, retraining, and improving the qualifications of employees, which includes seminars, courses, training sessions, international conferences, internships, and trips abroad organized by foreign international organizations and other institutions.
Development of Corporate Values
In order to further enhance corporate culture among MCI employees, sports competitions are held, as well as collective visits to landmarks in our country, historical sites, theaters and art schools, museums to promote friendship and activity in teamwork.
