Faoliyatning asosiy maksadlari:

1. O’zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy bankining banklararo elektron to’lov tizimini uzluksiz ishlashini ta’minlash;
2. Bank tizimining ma’lumotlar uzatish tarmog’ini loyihalash va ushbu tarmoqni uzluksiz ishlashini ta’minlash;
3. Respublika moliya sektoriga telekommunikaciya xizmatlari ko’rsatish.

1. Development and implementation of software packages for electronic payment systems.
2. Ensuring the operation of electronic payment systems.
3. Providing with email service.
4. Design, development and operation of banking data transmission networks.
5. Ensuring the functioning of the national database of bank depositors.
6. Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the central bank's single balance software and hardware complex.
7. Develop a database of the banking system and ensure its uninterrupted operation.
8. Ensuring the development and uninterrupted operation of information systems of the National Institute of Credit Information and Uzbekistan State owned unitary entity.
9. Maintenance of the software and hardware complex of currency exchange offices.
10. Maintain a centralized electronic archive of electronic payment systems.
11. Development and implementation of application software systems.
12. Maintenance, repair and restoration of computer, communication and office equipment.
