At the training seminar on the topic “Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Competition’ and Anti-Monopoly Compliance,” lectures were delivered by Deputy Director of “Main Center of Informatization” LLC, B.T. Mirzarahmedov, and the officer responsible for the anti-monopoly compliance system, B.G. Khikmatov.
The following issues were discussed at the training seminar:
- Competition legislation;
- Anti-monopoly compliance;
- Obligations of enterprises and employees regarding competition legislation.
In order to assess the knowledge of employees who participated in the training seminar on competition legislation and the anti-monopoly compliance system, a test was conducted.
